Private Museum Rental

ImagineU Children's Museum is not only a destination for children but also a unique and versatile venue for all types of events. Whether you're organizing a casual social gathering, a corporate meeting, a family reunion our team at ImagineU is here to assist you in creating a memorable experience in a playful environment. Our team has a wealth of experience in hosting various events, including fundraisers, making us well-equipped to assist you in creating a unique and unforgettable gathering. By reserving the entire museum, you and your guests will have exclusive access to our 13,000-square-foot building filled with interactive exhibits and activities. Let your guests unleash their inner child as they explore and engage with the various exhibits designed to stimulate curiosity and creativity.

*Please note: Facility fees do not include the following services: additional live demonstrations, additional staff or security, on-site A/V technician or additional A/V equipment, food or beverage service, linens or decor, risers, dance floors, DJ’s, high boys, or additional tables and chairs. Damage to ImagineU Children’s Museum property and excessive janitorial services will be charged if applicable.  

Booking

$800 | Private rental includes: 

  • Up to 50 kids (125 person occupancy)

  • Private museum access for up to 2 hours

  • Special event hosts

  • Complimentary white plates, napkins & silverware

  • Bring your own food and drink (no fee)

  • If you need to cancel your event, please make sure to do so at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date in order to receive a refund (minus deposit).

  • AVAILABILITY: Museum Rental are available after-hours when the museum is closed. Dates and times are subject to availability. Museum Rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Any cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund (minus deposit). All terms listed above are subject to change.
